Shipping Policy

All orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped in the next business day. Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrect input of the address, Toys Onestar is completely not responsible. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address at the check out page. All orders placed most have physical addresses. Any orders placed to a P.O. Box will be automatically canceled.

Orders can take longer if there are credit card authorization or security issues, also on high holiday season volume. To ensure the quickest processing time, please make sure to add a contact number when you are checking out. While most orders arrive in a timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Some delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS / Couriers errors or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

Important notice regarding international shipping:

International orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card, the billing and shipping information must match.
The customer is responsible if any duties & taxes are imposed by their country at their country's border. Custom fees are very common, especially when ordering from North America and the UK. Customs policies vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before placing an order. Duties, taxes and customs fees are not set by Toys Onestar and are not paid to us.

If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to your door and then back to us.
